Terms of Service
Welcome to DeepBlue Fleet. By using our website and booking our boat charter services in Croatia, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking & Payment
A reservation is confirmed once we receive a 2,300€ deposit.
Full payment must be completed 7 days before departure.
Cancellations made within 14 days of departure may be subject to a cancellation fee.
2. Rental Terms
Our yacht is available for weekly or multi-week charters only.
The charterer must provide a valid boating license (if applicable) or hire a professional skipper.
The yacht must be returned in the same condition as at the start of the rental.
3. Liability & Insurance
The yacht is fully insured, but the charterer is responsible for any damage due to negligence or misuse.
DeepBlue Fleet is not liable for delays or trip interruptions caused by weather conditions, mechanical failures, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Conduct & Safety
The charterer and guests must follow all local maritime laws and safety regulations.
Dangerous or illegal activities on board are strictly prohibited.
The maximum capacity of the yacht must not be exceeded.
5. Changes & Cancellations
We reserve the right to modify or cancel a booking due to safety concerns or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.
Customer-requested changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Croatia. Any disputes will be settled in the appropriate legal jurisdiction.
